More EPR town halls offered this summer
Alberta Environment and Parks (AEP) is hosting more Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) virtual town hall meetings this summer.
These sessions will inform participants about the development of EPR programs for the Hazardous and Special Product (HSP) and Packaging and Paper Products and Single-Use Plastics (PPP/SUP).
Here are the dates and times for these virtual meetings:
- June 17, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. – EPR Transition and Implementation Plan
- July 8, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. – Collection and Competition (PPP and HSP)
- July 22, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. – Municipal Contracts and Infrastructure Assets
- August 19, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. – EPR Oversight
