After years of advocacy, it is time to begin transitioning to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).

Municipal registration for EPR is open
- Registration is open from now until December 31, 2023.

Producer Responsibility Organizations (PROs)
- Producers work through these types of organizations to meet their responsibilities under EPR.
- Circular Materials is a not-for-profit organization that works with plastics and paper designated materials.
- Circular Materials has launched a Municipal Working Group to answer questions directly. The first meeting is on October 25 at 9:00 am. Register here.
