Manager of Utility Services

Asa manager you'll play a key role in maintaining essential utility infrastructure and ensuring reliable, safe services for the community. You'll be responsible for:

Operations Management - Oversee daily utility services to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery

Staff Leadership - Supervise, train, and support utility staff and contractors

Financial Oversight - Assist with budgets, project estimates, and long term infrastructure planning

Compliance and Reporting - Develop and implement policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare reports

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in municipal utility operations, including water, wastewater, and natural gas systems
• Strong management and leadership skills, with experience supervising staff and coordinating projects
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
• Relevant certifications / licenses are assets but not required, including Level II Water and Wastewater Certifications, OH&S training and a plastic fusion ticket.
