Human Resources Manager

Salary Range - $59.91 – $71.55 per Hour – 37.5 Hours Per Week

Monday to Friday (Out of Scope)

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR services to the Town, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, and compensation and benefits. This role ensures compliance with legislation and industry best practices to minimize organizational risk and foster a positive, productive workplace. By aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, the HR Manager supports the Town in attracting, retaining, and developing a skilled workforce, enabling efficient operations and sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or post graduate certification in Human Resources or related field in addition to a CPHR designation. A minimum of 10 years of increasing responsibility related experience with demonstrated generalist expertise in all areas of Human Resource management is preferred.
