Whereas Clauses

WHEREAS the AUMA Board of Directors appointed a 2012 Task Force to develop recommendations on the remaining property assessment and tax policy issues that were not included in the initial set of recommendations submitted to the Government of Alberta in the form of a 2010 Resolution; and

WHEREAS at its July 2012 meeting, the AUMA Board of Directors considered the Task Force’s and members’ input and adopted a set of recommended changes for consideration at the 2012 Convention.
