Submit your resolutions by May 31
There is only one week until the May 31 resolutions deadline!
As outlined in the writing guide available on ABmunis' Resolutions web page, resolutions should be submitted to resolutions [at] abmunis.ca once they are finalized and endorsed by councils of both the moving and seconding municipalities. The submission should include:
- A MS Word version of the resolution in the format outlined in the template.
- Confirmation of endorsement by the moving and seconding councils.
Confirmations of endorsements can take the form of a link to meeting minutes if they are posted online, or the number, mover and wording of the motion including the date of the council meeting at which it was passed.
