Senior Legislative Advisor
The Town of Didsbury is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as the Senior Legislative Advisor. This position is responsible for document management, statutory compliance, and overseeing legislative workflows to guarantee strict compliance with the Municipal Government Act (MGA) and Town of Didsbury bylaws.

Required
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in political science, policy administration, or an equivalent.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- In-depth knowledge of Access to Information Act (ATIA) and Protection of Privacy Act (POPA) frameworks.
- Commissioner of Oath appointment, or ability to obtain within one year.
- Experience in policy and/or bylaw writing.
- Subdivision and Development Appeal Board Clerk certificate and Assessment Review Board or ability to obtain within one year.
- Experience in Municipal setting.
- Experience working with escribe.
Desired
- Completion or working toward NACLAA Level 1.
