Update: Resolutions from 2025 Convention

Hundreds of members debated and voted on key resolutions that will shape the association’s advocacy priorities at the Alberta Municipalities’ 2025 Convention and Tradeshow in Calgary on November 13.  

Fifteen resolutions were submitted for consideration. Before the convention began, one resolution was withdrawn, leaving 14 resolutions to be debated and voted on by members.  

Of the 14 resolutions that were considered:  

• Twelve (12) resolutions were adopted as presented
• Two (2) resolutions were adopted with amendments.
