The legislature is on a constituency break this week and will resume sitting on April 13.

On April 2 the Minister of Municipal Affairs introduced Bill 28, the Municipal Government Statutes Amendment Act, 2026. Alberta Municipalities (ABmunis) is conducting our preliminary analysis of the 56-page bill and will share it with members this week.
