University of Alberta research survey

Researchers with the University of Alberta are working on the Community Resilience - The Influence of Administrative Stability on Municipal Leadership research project which explores how leadership is distributed across municipal organizations, how administrative stability affects community resilience, and what conditions support effective governance in Alberta communities.  

If you are interested in supporting this research, please complete the survey! Your participation is voluntary and anonymous. Responses are collected in a way that cannot be traced back to individuals, and no answers will be linked to specific municipalities. Synthesized findings — not raw data — will be shared. All information will remain confidential and will not be disclosed beyond the partner organizations of the Rural Municipalities of Alberta (RMA), Alberta Municipalities (ABmunis), and the Mid-size Cities Mayors Caucus (MCMC) and for use in future reports and academic papers.
