The 2025 member survey results are in!
Every year, we conduct member surveys on various aspects of our programs and services. These surveys help us gather valuable insights to enhance our offerings, assess member satisfaction, and better understand members’ needs.
We sincerely thank everyone who participated in our 2025 annual surveys. Below is a summary of the percentage of members who reported being satisfied or very satisfied with our programs and services:

- 98% Insurance & Risk Services
- 99% Employee Benefits Services
- 97% Retirement Services (APEX, Alberta Communities Pension Plan (ACPP), MuniSERP, Group RRSP and TFSA)
- 93% Policy & Advocacy efforts.
- 96% Clean Energy Improvement Program (CEIP)
We are very pleased with the results, as they indicate that we are meeting your business needs and advocating effectively on your behalf.
Your feedback also highlighted some key areas you would like us to continue focusing on, including:
- Increasing our communications on our advocacy efforts, including updates, successes and the top priorities.
- Strengthen member engagement by providing additional webinars and conducting in-person visits from our business development team or board members; and
- Continuously assess processes, vendors, and products to optimise and enhance service delivery.
