Thanks for providing your Convention feedback!
Thank you to the more than 450 members who completed our convention survey. We strive to make the event better and better each year and we cannot do that without your input.
We finished reviewing the results of our Convention survey and, overall, many delegates appreciated the:
- 16 education sessions
- networking opportunities
- amount of effort that went into organizing everything
- closing entertainment by Brent Butt.
We also received some suggestions for further improvement, including:
- adding another timeslot so another eight (8) education sessions can be delivered
- working with the Convention facility to improve catering and provide more access to coffee and water
- ensuring we have programming to meet the needs of communities of all sizes (small, medium and large).
We are pleased that 9 of the 12 events we put on during Convention received a satisfaction score of more than 80%. We consider your feedback when planning not only our Conventions, but all our member-focused events, and we will continue to do our best to "raise the bar" and deliver exceptional member experiences.
A big congratulations to Anthony Burdett, CAO from the Town of Fort McLeod, who was randomly chosen as our Convention feedback survey winner. He is the lucky recipient of a $500 VISA gift card.
