Communities invited to submit EOI on energy transition

The Energy Futures Lab (EFL) is seeking expressions of interest from community leaders in Alberta interested in exploring the opportunities and challenges arising from energy transition.

The Energy Futures Roadshow is a 2-3 day engagement in a community that will leverage the people, networks and other resources of the EFL to support the community in building its capacity for energy transition. It will revolve around a series of workshops with businesses, governments, schools, economic developers, community developers and other cohorts.

The Energy Futures Roadshow will begin with a pilot between EFL and a suitable community. The pilot will be designed and delivered in collaboration with the community, and will be tailored to the community’s interests and capacities.

The Expression of Interest process includes an online application process. Applications from interested communities are due March 31.
