Purpose of the position

This position will:

  • Assume responsibility for the project management and coordination of major capital projects (transportation, water/wastewater utilities, bridges, local improvements) and any other assigned projects
  • Maintain Infrastructure assets and data
  • Make recommendations and provide technical evaluations or design reviews to all departments on related projects as per County standards.
  • Other duties as required by the Manager, Engineering Services.

To be successful in this position, you will have obtained:

  • An undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Have at least five (5) years Civil Engineering experience; Professional Engineer (P.Eng) required.
  • Have exceptional project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

 Position details:

  • Salary range: $78-353.60 - $111,134.40 ($37.67 - $53.43 hourly)
  • Full-time permanent Position
    • Compensation also includes: 3 weeks' vacation, a comprehensive Health & Dental benefits package (100% employer paid), and participation in our LAPP Pension plan. 
  • Hours: 40 hrs/wk.
